Initiate Your Request

Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Gear

Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping container if possible.

Attach the Label

Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Deliver your package to the designated carrier location; once our armory receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
